FW: " Labor Day "

The first "labor day" celebration, was in N.Y City in 1882....
organized by labor unions, whose numbers quickly grew!

It celebrates the noble efforts, of our sweat and toil....
we set aside one day, so the workers could feel royal!

It became a National holiday, later in 1894.....
it's the unofficial end of summer, if you're keeping score!

Some folks will barbeque, whose smell is rather pleasing...
time to recharge your batteries, so relax and take it easy!

Some might take a trip, and that is sorta cool....
but "Labor Day" also means, kids are goin back to school!

So folks all around are cheering, yippee ki- oh ki- ayyy....
enjoy the celebration, and have a happy "Labor Day"!
